A sensor fault is fine, but the thermostat is a traditional wax pellet type (is it not?) therefore the sensor although will be altering the petrol/air mixture and choke control it won't contribute to the cooling/circulation of the coolant. Car performs well really good mpg, bt from what I have read ther could be numerous causes from holes in the exhaust, faulty egr valve, poor fuel, fuse boxes and failing battery to 03 2.0 Engine Anti Pollution System Defective - raf_man I dont believe the dual mass fly wheel was replaced, ive seen the recipt for the clutch was about £110 plus the filters etc came to £160 all in, and then labour on top of that, so unless the duall mass flywheel came with the cluctch Kit I dont think it has been replaced TVWMN.
